Meet Earl

Founding partner, Earl I. Higgs, Jr., is a Miami, Florida native and graduate of the University of Florida, where he walked-on as a running back for Florida Gator Football Team. As a member of the Gator Football team he was an SEC Academic All-American during his time with the team. While in law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Earl participated in a study abroad program at the University of Montpellier, in Montpellier, France and was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. After graduating, Earl gained invaluable legal experience practicing workers’ compensation and later worked for one of the largest plaintiff’s firms in the country. View AVVO Profile
